Snow Valley is the latest ski location to join Ikon Pass. The Southern California destination, located in the San Bernardino Mountains, will be part of the Ikon Pass community beginning February 20.

Located 15 miles from Big Bear Mountain Resort, Snow Valley offers the area beginner terrain and learning centers. The resort also offers nearly a mile of intermediate terrain and expert-level runs, including some of the steepest in the area on the front face of Slide Peak.

“Snow Valley Mountain has been a popular destination since 1924, and we’re thrilled to be able to welcome Ikon Pass holders here,” said Wade Reener, president and COO of Snow Valley. “No matter their skill level and age, skiers and snowboarders will now enjoy unparalleled access to Southern California, with the merger of Snow Valley Resort with Big Bear Mountain and Snow Summit just a few miles away.”

Holders of an Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass will have unlimited access to Snow Valley resort, with no date restrictions. Snow Valley is also included with the Ikon Session Pass. Season passes from Ikon Pass and Big Bear Mountain will be accepted at Snow Valley beginning Presidents Day 2023.

The Ikon Pass provides access to 55 mountain destinations across North and South America, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. The community is made up of several industry leaders including Alterra Mountain Company, Aspen Skiing Company, Boyne Resorts, POWDR, Jackson Hole Mountain, Sun Valley, Snowbasin, Alta Ski Area, Snowbird, Arapahoe Basin, SkiBig3, Revelstoke Mountain Resort, RED Mountain, Panorama Mountain, Sun Peaks, Taos Ski Valley, Windham Mountain, Schweitzer, Vallée de Chamonix—Mont-Blanc, Dolomiti Superski, Grandvalira Andorra, KitzSki, Zermatt, Thredbo, Mt Buller, Niseko United, Lotte Arai Resort, Valle Nevado and NZ Ski.
