Built in 1990, Cohen Stadium has both luxury suites and club seating. In addition, a party suite is available for event rental.
The Diablos have a new roof on their ballpark. The fabric covering is new to the United States and provides cover not only for those in premium seats, but also in general admission.
The roof was part of the ballpark's original design when it was built in 1990, but lack of funds prevented its installation. Passage of another bond issue in 2000 made the money available for the work which was completed for the 2002 season.
The $1.8 million roof will make it possible for fans to stay dry during sudden rain storms and will allow the stadium to be used for graduation ceremonies and other events. (Baseball. Facilities, Financial, Professional Sports, Venue)
