In 2001 the Dillas got the right to sell the name of the venue and a new lease. The new lease runs through 2005 and increased the fee from $1 per year to $1,500 per month. The increase comes because of the naming rights deal and because stadium lighting was significantly upgraded for the 2001 season. A picnic area costs $8.50 to $14 per person for groups while decks that hold 36, 48 and 56 fans cost $360, $480 and $560 respectively. A swimming pool area for 25 people costs $375.
