Financing
In 1996, voters approved a sales tax increase to fund new stadia. The Bengals agreed to remain in Cincinnati through 2025 and contribute $44 to $48 million toward a new $404 million stadium.
Seat licenses
To build its new Paul Brown Stadium for the Bengals, Cincinnati has a seven-tiered system of PSLs, or Charter Ownership Agreements, as it calls them. They start at $300, going to $480, $600, $750, $900, $1,200 and a high of $1,500 to sit on the 50-yard line. More than 42,000 have been sold.

The Bengals rejected the idea of selling naming rights to help finance its new stadium and instead opted to sell seat licenses. The concept was well received by fans who quickly bought them up.
Paul Brown Stadium, which opened for the 2000-2001 season, is one of two built on the city's waterfront. The Reds have a ballpark financed by the same sales tax.
There is very little fixed signage in the new stadium because most advertising is delivered by video or electronic signage.
The stadium's Premium Party Suite leases for $10,000 per game and includes tickets and food. The 50-person party deck includes tickets, parking and food for $8,000 per game. (Facilities, Financial, Football, NFLNFL, Professional Sports)
