Financing
The $22.3 million ballpark's funding included $13 million in lease-backed revenue bonds issued by the Municipal Building Authority, to be repaid from stadium revenue. The team pays $300,000 per year in rent.

Built in 1994, Franklin-Covey Field has one of the largest capacity ballparks in the AAA League. Naming rights were sold to Franklin-Covey for $1.4 million in 1997.
The Bees' new owner has been talking with officials in the Salt Lake suburb of Sandy about building a new ballpark near a proposed MLS soccer stadium. Larry Miller, owner of the NBA Jazz, is in talks with Salt Lake City about a new lease for Franklin Covey Field.
The city wants Miller to increase the team's contribution to ballpark maintenance by dropping the city's subsidy to $210,000 from $300,000.
Sandy is working on a plan to build a new soccer venue for the MLS Real. The space provides room for a ballpark.
Team officials say the move is unlikely, but they are exploring their options in case a deal can't be worked out with Salt Lake.
Suites lease for $500 per game. (Baseball, Facilities, Financial, Professional Sports)
