The ballpark has only two suites each holding 15 people. Daily rentals are $1,000 during the Toronto Blue Jays spring training and $250 during the A Minor League Blue Jays regular season games.
The city received a $10 million state grant in late 2000 to make upgrades to the ballpark. The team added $1.7 million and $1.3 million came from the city. (Baseball, Facilities, Financial, Minor League, Professional Sports, Venue)
