Financing
The $30.5 million arena was financed by general obligation bonds. The state leased the arena for 20 years in a plan to fund bond debt.
The venue leases suites and handles signage. The venue has no club seats, but does have a club that seats 311 and whose members pay $3,500 per year for membership.
