Financing
The $32 million venue was financed by St. Charles County with the City of St. Charles promising $300,000 a year toward the debt. Family Arena Family Enterprises pays $2.2 million a year for its lease.
The $32 million arena is the former home of the UHL River Otters and MISL Steamers, but now hosts the CHL Chill.
