Financing
The $25 million stadium was underwritten through a city bond issue.
Seat licenses
PSLs purchased for the Raiders were good until 2005 and were fully transferrable. Seat holders were also entitled to the seats for any post-season games, but they must buy the tickets. Prices originally ranged from $225 to $3,600 and the club seats ranged from $630 to $14,400, not including tickets. New prices in 2000 ranged from $150 to $2,400 for non-club seats. After the 2005 season, license holders could renew for 75 percent of the original cost with the license good for five years.

Since 1968, the A's have played in Oakland, where they have won four World Series, second only to the New York Yankees in that time period.
The Raiders are responsible for suite sales and the A's handle signage. Naming Rights revenue is divided equally between the Raiders and the Authority.
The Skyview Terrace hosts groups of 25 to 100 fans for A's games and leases for $950 per 25 fans. Game-day suites for the Athletics are $700 to $1,300 for 12 to 20 fans. Club seats for the A’s are $2,870 per season. (Facilities, Financial, NFL, Professional Sports, Venue)
