The IceMen pay $10,400 per game to pay in the arena. The team received a $1,000 credit for each home game played during its first season in the arena.
The IceMen also will receive a percentage of revenue from alcohol scales. But that percentage fluctuates with the number of fans in attendance. The team will receive no revenue from alcohol if fewer than 2,000 fans attend. But it will receive 10 percent of alcohol revenue if more than 3,500 attend, the contract stated.
